DJ Housecat (la gata de Fuego) is the stage name of Catherine Harris-Rowell, a veteran DJ, music producer, and radio personality based in Maryland USA. She is the partner and co-founder of Cyberjamz Internet Radio, along with DJ Sammy Rock aka Soul Oasis, and has played a vital part in the development of our music community.
DJ Housecat has been active in the music industry for over 15 years and is known for her eclectic taste in music, which ranges from house music to soul, funk, jazz, and world music. She has played at numerous clubs and events in the United States and has a dedicated following of music enthusiasts. Catherine is also the founder and C.E.O of #HOTWMD (House on the Waterfront Weekender) https://hotwmd.com (under construction) which is a park event held at Bladensburg Waterfront Park every year in the month of August.
